Australian Human Rights Commission: Discrimination in Employment on the basis of Criminal Record
In 2005, the Human Rights Commissioner published these Guidelines to help employers and employees with practical solutions in the area of discrimination on the basis of criminal record. These Guidelines were revised in 2012.
